El Especialista Manel Ruiz, a Catalan based in the Canary Islands, a classic of the Hertzian airwaves with more than 20 years at the turntables, a regular on the dancefloors, festivals on the islands and the mainland. He has played in festivals such as Tensamba, WOMAD Canarias, Jazzaldia San Sebastián… with sessions full of rhythm and attitude, without losing elegance or good groove.

From the Sahara to the savannah of Africa, the influences of the dark continent are reflected in the music of Africa Yeah, an effervescent fusion of hypnotic desert rhythms with hints of reggae, raga, raï, rumba, rock, souk and even jazz. With Bah Meissara on drums and vocals (Mauritania), Ali Meisse on keyboards and vocals (Mauritania), Wali Mbareck on guitar (Mauritania), Papa Meissa Ndiaye on percussion (Senegal), Christopher Yrarrazaval on bass (California) and Ben Hammouda (Tunisia) on percussion and vocals. All under the influence of the incredible volcanic energy of the island of Lanzarote.
