The Brazilian singer and guitarist Antônio Pecci Filho “Toquinho” celebrates 50 years of musical career as a composer and performer with great Bossa nova voices such as Vinicius de Moraes or Chico Buarque.
From his first song recorded with Chico Buarque entitled “Lua Cheia” (Full Moon), his first big hit came in 1970 with “Que Maravilha”, composed together with Jorge Benjor.
In the same year he joined his musical career with the great Vinicius de Moraes “Diplomata e poeta”, co-writer of the worldwide hit song “Garota de Ipanema”, for 11 years, producing 120 songs, 25 records and more than a thousand shows.
After the death of Vinicius de Moraes in 1980, Toquinho continued his solo career, often performing with other talented musicians such as Paulinho da Viola, Danilo Caymmi, Paulinho Nogueira and Chico Buarque.
On this occasion the Brazilian artist will perform in the magical auditorium of Jameos del Agua accompanied by Camilla Faustino on vocals, Javier Colina – double bass and drummer Marcio Dhiniz.
