El Almacén’s Cine Buñuel presents ‘The End’, the new work by acclaimed documentary filmmaker Joshua Oppenheimer, who makes the leap to fiction films. The film, brave and risky, turns a post-apocalyptic future into a musical and portrays the affluent life of an absurdly rich family inside a bunker, decades after their own actions have brought about the end of the rest of humanity.

Synopsis: Two decades after the end of the world, a family lives in their luxurious bunker built in a salt mine. Son, a 20-year-old who has never seen the outside world, Father and Mother are one of the last families on earth. The arrival of a girl at the entrance of the bunker will threaten the peaceful family life.
