Programme:

Monday 4th November – Eno-artistic workshop with Rufina Santana
The Lanzarote Art Center in San Bartolomé will become a space for creation in which the renowned artist Rufina Santana will guide participants in the creation of art using wine as a pigment. A workshop where the senses of wine are explored through colour, aroma and texture.

Tuesday 5th November – VINOmios (Im)perfectos at Kentia
The Kentia restaurant in Puerto del Carmen invites us to a different wine pairing experience, in which two wines will be served blind with each dish. Diners will be able to discover and choose the perfect pairing with the chef’s proposal. An appointment for lovers of gastronomy and good wine, where each mouthful reveals new combinations.

Wednesday 6 November – Cake and Wine Workshop with Adelia Ramírez
At the Aljibe del Vallito in Tías, pastry and wine lovers will learn from the pastry chef Adelia Ramírez how to pair local wines with sweet ingredients. Participants will create their own cake while exploring the harmony between the flavours of Lanzarote.

Thursday 7 November – Eno-photographic Experience at Bodega Jable
Photographer Rubén Acosta and artist Elisa Miralles will take us to discover the magic of combining wine and photography in a visual and sensory experience. At the Jable de Tao winery, this workshop will allow participants to experience wine as an artistic expression, immersing themselves in the creative process.

Friday 8 November – Once upon a Vine… at Finca Testeina – Bodegas Vega de Yuco. The storyteller Isabel Cabrera, accompanied by selected wines, will take us on a journey of legends and tales at Finca Testeina, Bodegas Vega de Yuco. A special evening under the Lanzarote sky where wine and stories intertwine for a magical and evocative experience.

Sunday 10th November – Wine Route in La Geria
We close the week with a special tour through the wineries La Geria, Bodega STRATVS and El Grifo, in the wine heart of Lanzarote. A tour among vineyards and emblematic wineries that will end with an enyesque in El Grifo, a unique experience to enjoy the wines and the landscape of our island.

All Week – ConVinados at Nakai Bar
During the whole Malvasía Week, the Nakai restaurant in Playa Honda will offer a special ConVinados menu, which combines the best wines of Lanzarote with exquisite dishes, designed for the most demanding palates.
