11th edition of the Ocean Lava Lanzarote Triathlon in the heart of Puerto del Carmen.
There are an Olympic , Half and Super Sprint distances this year:
Half: 1.9Km swim – 90Km cycle – 21Km run
Olympic: 1.5Km swim – 40Km cycle – 10Km run
Super Sprint: 400m swim – 10Km cycle – 2.5Km run
