Fiestas in Tahiche

Programme:

WEDNESDAY 10TH JULY
18:30 h. Decoration of the village and competition for the best decorated street (Registration via Instagram or at the Secretariado before Wednesday 17th July).
20:30 h. Women’s Bola Tournament (For female residents of the village. No more than two federated players per team may play).

THURSDAY 11TH JULY
20:00 h. Final of the Women’s Bola Tournament.

FRIDAY 12TH JULY
20:30 h. Opening speech by the founding member Mr. Martín Domínguez Fontes.
21:00 h. Inaugural parade of the fiestas in the Plaza with the Comparsa Los Cumbacheros.
21:30 h. Popular “Garbanzada” with DJ JUAN HERNÁNDEZ in the Sociedad.

SATURDAY 13TH JULY
18:30 h. Football between Single and Married (venue pending).
21:30 h. Gala Election of the Romera Mayor de las Fiestas, with performances by the Agrupación Folclórica y Cultural Altaja and the Parranda Lagar de Teseguite.
Afterwards VERBENA with the Tremendo Son Group and DJ Ruyman Glez.

SUNDAY 14TH JULY
9:00 h. Mountain Bike ride, from 15 years old and upwards, 40 kms. Starting point: the Plaza.
10:00 h. Walk starting at the Plaza.
11:30 h. Children’s Party.
20:00 h. XV Meeting of Schools and Dance Groups Tahiche Dance 2024.
(NOTE: Doors will open at 19:30h.)

MONDAY 15TH JULY
20:30 h. Mixed Chinchón Tournament (For residents of the village, over 18 years old).

TUESDAY 16TH JULY
16:00 h. Start of I Tournament football 8-a-side category cadet in the football field.
19:30 h. Zumba Masterclass with Guacimara Niz.

WEDNESDAY 17TH JULY
16:00 h. I Football Tournament 8-a-side category cadet in the football field.
16:30 h. Children’s activity with inflatables.
20:30 h. Mixed Ronda Tournament (For residents of the village, over 18 years old).

THURSDAY 18TH JULY
16:00 h. I Tournament football 8-a-side category cadet in the football field.
18:00 h. IV Andrés Cejas Memorial Indoor Football Tournament in the Pavilion.
21:00h. Acoustic concert by the group “Café con leche” in the Sociedad.

FRIDAY 19 JULY
16:00 h. Semi-final I Tournament football 8-a-side category cadet in the football field.
18:30 h. Final I Tournament football 8-a-side category cadet in the football field and trophy ceremony.
19:30 h. Final Indoor Football Tournament “IV Memorial Andrés Cejas” and trophy ceremony.
21:00 h. XIII Guagime Folklore Festival, with the participation of:
– A.F. MALPAIS DE LA CORONA (Haría).
– A.F. GUAGIME (Teguise)
– Recognition, posthumously, to Ginés Machín Betancort (Soloist of the A.F. Malpaís de la Corona).

Followed by music with DJ double H.
