Cooking for the love of it: Teleclub favorite dishes

Saturday is our day for yummy food, fun music and… cocktails! The first mojito is on the house… just to set the mood!  We really appreciate your presence, good vibes and only cash (or Bizum), please.

 We got a little jealous that we didn’t have the Lanzarote classics on our menu – so next week we’re bringing them to you, our way:
•  Russian salad with potato & sweet potato
•  Garlic prawns
•  Grilled smoked cheese with green mojo
and…
•  “Ropa vieja” with octopus (Yummyyy!) /chickpeas stew/

 For dessert:
• Grandma’s cake (brand new on the menu!)
• Traditional Canarian bienmesabe
• Smoked cheese & quince ice cream (yep, still on the menu )

 Drinks: our irresistible white sangria made with volcanic Malvasía wine.

 At 2:30pm, live music by Shus_ko – perfect for an afternoon of cocktails & good vibes until 6pm.
